I decided to go with the Wonderment Wines Dutton-Campbell Pinot Noir 2013 for the Thanksgiving meal. This was an excellent pairing. Very pale, translucent cranberry in color. The nose is cedar shavings, graphite, freshly cracked black pepper with some hints of raspberry. The flavors are a quick burst of fruit; raspberry and cranberry then a shift to some earthy and herbal tones. Silky tannins. It has a long spicy finish and some lovely long legs. This is a great example of a classic Pinot Noir. It is very easy drinking an was the perfect accompaniment to the holiday turkey. I give it 91 points IMHO.
